Lou takes the responsibility of redistribution back into the community seriously by choosing to support small scale farms & purveyors that run ethical & sustainable business models. we source our products predominantly from within the southern staes, without pesticides or hormones, and that are treated with love & intention. This means we also choose to serve naturally farmed and processed wines. we believe everything we put in our body should be the best representation of the terroir it comes from.
