The Academy of Country Music brought some of Nashville’s biggest names together Tuesday night at The Pinnacle for the 19th ACM Honors, celebrating the artists, songwriters and industry leaders who continue to shape Country music.
Hosted by Carly Pearce and Parker McCollum, the evening honored an impressive lineup that included Dolly Parton, Eric Church, Kacey Musgraves, Bill Anderson, Brett James, The Carter Family, C2C: Country to Country, Mike Curb, Leslie Fram, Scott Zolke and the hit series Landman.
Among the night’s biggest honors, Dolly Parton received the ACM Poet’s Award, while Bill Anderson and Mike Curb were presented with ACM Icon Awards. Eric Church received the ACM Lifting Lives Award for his philanthropic work, and Kacey Musgraves was honored with the ACM Spirit Award.
The evening was packed with performances, including tributes to the honorees. Pearce and McCollum opened with a Dolly Parton tribute, while Trisha Yearwood, Sheryl Crow, Dierks Bentley, Megan Moroney, Margo Price, Flatland Cavalry, Carter Faith, Avery Anna, Kaitlin Butts, Gabriella Rose and others took the stage throughout the night.
The ACM Honors also celebrated Ella Langley as ACM Artist-Songwriter of the Year and Jessie Jo Dillon as ACM Songwriter of the Year for the third consecutive time.
With a mix of Country legends, contemporary stars and some of Nashville’s most influential behind-the-scenes figures, the 19th ACM Honors once again proved that Country music is built on great songs, strong friendships and the people who keep the music moving forward.
