The Band of Heathens Give a Sneak Peak with Single “High On Our Own Supply”

Austin’s own The Band of Heathens are gearing up for a big 2026 with the announcement of their brand-new album, Country Sides. Fans get an early taste of what’s to come with the soulful new single “High On Our Own Supply”, arriving Wednesday, November 19 alongside the official album announcement.

Along with the new album, The Band of Heathens will roll out a string of Texas homecoming shows this fall, a nationwide tour, and details celebrating both a platinum-certified single and their 20th anniversary — marking two decades of grit, groove, and growth.

The Band of Heathens

Known for their honest, lived-in blend of country, soul, folk, and rock & roll, The Band of Heathens have carved out a singular, self-made career — one built not on viral moments, but on pure hard work and relentless authenticity. They’ve earned a dedicated audience brick by brick, record by record, show by show — never compromising artistic integrity for the easy road.

With a platinum-certified hit, over a billion streams, and nine acclaimed albums, all without a label dictating their path, the Heathens have rightfully earned praise from Rolling Stone, Relix, American Songwriter, and more. Their rise has taken them from late-night jams at Austin’s famed Momo’s to legendary stages like the Grand Ole Opry, CBS Saturday Morning, Austin City Limits, Bonnaroo, Montreux, Lollapalooza, and Red Rocks.

Country Sides stands as both a continuation and celebration of that journey — a reminder that success doesn’t always come from chasing the main course, but from redefining it. After all, it’s often the sides that steal the show — and The Band of Heathens have always known how to make them the main event.
