Radisson Hotel Opryland

This is the hotel we're planning to stay in, it looks very nice but does anyone have any opinions on it?

We have heard good things about Radission - which is owned by Opryland Resort and located across the street. The only real negative feedback we hear is that you can't walk to downtown which is where you'll find the honky-tonk bars, many restaurants, nightlife and Nashville action. The Radisson is about 9 miles from downtown and it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get there by shuttle. Shuttle service is provided by Radisson every day for a cost of $14.95 r/t - same for adults & kids. The last shuttle picks up downtown and heads back to the Radisson at 11:35pm Monday - Thursday. On Friday and Saturday evenings, the last shuttle that picks up from downtown is at 1:35am.

Thanks! Well we've booked it! We figured that if we were staying in Downtown, we m,ay only go to Opryland once but now we've got to! And we have to go to downtown for the CMA Music Festival so there wwe go. We'll probably get the shuttle bus to downtown. thanks for replying!
