Need some guidance?

Are you a first timer? We’ve got you covered. Check out this handy First Timer’s Guide that covers everything from getting early to showcases to how to navigate Music City and helpful tips you can otherwise only pick up from asking previous attendees.

Also, if you want to be in-the-know about hidden gems throughout Nashville including good eats and good drinks, our friends at Songlines have put together their annual “Underground” guide for you here.

To take our schedule on the go and get the most out of your festival experience, download the free AMERICANAFEST® mobile app available on the App Store and Google Play. You can build your own schedule, including all of the showcases, panels and special events you’d like to attend, preview artists’ music within the app via Spotify, locate nearby essentials and more. Need some help navigating? Check out our brand new Mobile App Guide here.

How do I get around Music City?

We are happy to be providing complimentary shuttle buses to help attendees get to showcasing venues that are not within walking distance from our headquarters at The Westin as well as select venues hosting special sanctioned events throughout the week. There will be a nightly West Nashville loop and an East Nashville loop.

Please note that our shuttle buses are for the leisurely attendee and not for someone jumping from venue to venue trying to see as many showcases as humanly possible. If you are on a mission, we recommend using Lyft. If you’re a new user, get $5 off two rides when you download the app at lyft.com/i/americana2018 or use promo code AMERICANA2018.

Already have Lyft? Save 10% on up to three rides during the event week with code AMERICANAFEST18.
