The “Queen of Bluegrass,” Rhonda Vincent, is back with a new collection of songs as A Possibility arrives today on all major streaming and digital platforms.
The 12-track project brings together original and newly recorded material while surrounding Vincent with an impressive lineup of award-winning musicians, longtime friends and family members.
Rooted in traditional bluegrass but incorporating a fresh, contemporary touch, A Possibility showcases the powerful vocals, musicianship and storytelling that have made Vincent one of the most celebrated artists in bluegrass.

The album features several standout collaborations, including Sierra Ferrell, who joins Vincent on “Would You Like to Buy Some Flowers.” The title track, “A Possibility,” features Dan Tyminski on duet vocals along with his unmistakable guitar playing.
Vincent also welcomes Ronnie McCoury of the Del McCoury Band, award-winning guitarist Bryan Sutton, banjo master Ron Stewart, and Kelsi Harrigill of Flatt Lonesome to the project. Members of Vincent’s acclaimed band, The Rage, also appear, along with her brother and longtime musical collaborator Darrin Vincent of Dailey & Vincent.
“It was a fun new process creating A Possibility,” Vincent says. “I loved having a co-producer, Adam Haynes, who challenged my skills and brought ideas I would have never thought of.”
One of the album’s most memorable collaborations came together almost overnight.
Vincent received a last-minute call about the possibility of working with Sierra Ferrell, but there wasn’t even a song ready for the collaboration.
“A wonderful surprise was getting the call that Sierra Ferrell would sing on the project the very next day,” Vincent recalls. “We didn’t have a track yet, so we stayed up all night recording ‘Would You Like to Buy Some Flowers.’ I was amazed to hear the vocal blend of Sierra Ferrell and I.”
That spontaneity is part of what makes A Possibility such an interesting addition to Vincent’s catalog. Throughout the album, she remains firmly connected to the traditional bluegrass sound while allowing room for new ideas, fresh arrangements and unexpected musical partnerships.
From heartfelt ballads to hard-driving bluegrass, the album showcases Vincent’s versatility and the chemistry she shares with some of the finest musicians in the genre.
After decades of recording and performing, Vincent continues to find new ways to keep bluegrass moving forward without losing sight of the music’s roots.
With A Possibility, the “Queen of Bluegrass” once again surrounds herself with some of the best players in the business while delivering a collection that is deeply personal, traditionally grounded and unmistakably Rhonda Vincent.
