Sammy Kershaw and his longtime girlfriend Mendy Gregory have announced the birth of Natelia Mae Kershaw. The couple’s new baby girl was born Wednesday evening (September 11, 2019) in Lafayette, Louisiana, weighing 7 lbs and measuring 19 inches.
“Natelia was my grandmother’s name. Mae was Mendy’s grandmother’s name. She is a gift from God,” Kershaw told People in an exclusive announcement.
The birth of Natelia marks the sixth child for the “Cadillac Style” singer. Kershaw is also father to daughters Emily, Erin and Sammie, as well as a son, Brandon and stepson Ryan.
Kershaw is currently on the road touring with fellow country stars Aaron Tippin and Collin Raye on the trio’s popular Roots & Boots Tour.
