On Thursday, September 5th, join us at the Frist Art Museum for an exciting event where we will celebrate the Elders of North Nashville as we launch a brand new podcast. Dive into the heart of North Nashville and explore the stories, voices, and vibrant culture of our community.

Our generous partners at the Frist Art Museum are providing FREE GALLERY ADMISSION on the day of the event. You can arrive from 4:30 PM to check-in and see the galleries. The Frist’s Auditorium will open for the podcast event at 6 PM – please join us for some light snacks and drinks.

Then – the main event! Malone Studios Dance Academy will open the evening with a beautiful performance. Then, the project team, led by M. Simone Boyd and our evening’s emcee, Ciona Rouse, will share more about the podcast and honor the Elders.

This event is ticketed on a sliding scale, pay what you can basis. All funds generated from this event will directly support the growth of the project!
