Nashville's Flea Market weekend is this coming weekend. Join the fun! 

Congratulations to the Nashville Flea Market at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds for being chosen by both The Tennessee Magazine and Busy Bee Trader as the #1 FLEA MARKET in Tennessee again for 2009!

The Nashville Flea Market at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds is considered to be among the top ten fleamarkets in the country. Dealers and vendors from 30 states offer their wares to the buying public.flea marketEager shoppers travel hundreds of miles, often by the bus load, to peruse the bargains and hard-to-find items offered for sale. You'll find a huge variety of gifts, antiques, collectibles, jewelry, arts and crafts, tools, house wares, handmade clothing, and hundreds of thousands of other items each month.

How much is a space?
9X10 space inside a building is $85 for the weekend, 
10X10 space under a shed is $60 for the weekend
10X18 space outside in a lot is $70 or $75 (depending on location)for the weekend

Does the price of the space include tables, chairs and electric?
No the price is for space only, vendors can rent tables for $8, chairs for $5 and electrical connections run $2.50 per plug with a $5.00 maximum

Is the Flea Market every weekend?
No, the Flea Market is held the 4th Saturday weekend of each month, except December when it moves to the 3rd Saturday weekend

Is there an application to become a vendor?
No, a quick phone call to 615-862-5016 and we can set you up over the phone.  The process takes less than 10 minutes

Does your Flea Market allow the sale of food?
Yes, all food sales for immediate consumption must go through our concessionaire Ovations Food Service, they can be reached at 615-383-3553

Can a vendor offer samples?
Yes, we have several dealers who sell bulk coffee, dips, sauces, etc….. samples are not a problem as long as health regulations are followed

Does a vendor have to have a sales tax number and business license?
Many vendors sell at shows only while others utilize the Flea Market to promote their business, if vendors do not have a business license or sales tax numbers we can provide temporary certificates to be used during the show.  The cost is an additional $9.00

What are the hours of your Flea Market?
March through November we are open 8-5 on Friday, 7-6 on Saturday, and 7-4 on Sunday.
December, January, and February we are open from noon until 5 on Friday, 7-5 on Saturday, and 7-4 on Sunday

Can a vendor sell look alike items?
As long as the item is not considered counterfeit or in violation of any copyright laws, it can be sold, but if there is any doubt you will need to see the Flea Market Manager as we do not allow any counterfeit merchandise to be sold in our show.

Does the Flea Market allow the sale of animals or livestock?

Does the Flea Market charge admission?
No, but we do charge $5 for parking, this covers a shuttle to transport, parking attendants, and security personnel for the parking areas

Can I bring my pets to the Flea Market?
NO.  And pets left in vehicles may be reported to the proper authorities.
