The Band Perry’s latest top ten is “Postcard from Paris,” and while they have yet to perform in France, they’ve been to London and Ireland and have been surprised by the passionate fan base they’ve encountered. “You know we got to play our very first two shows overseas and we got to play London and Dublin, both sold out shows for us, which was the first shocker,” says Kimberly. And then when we hit the stage they knew every word of every song on the album …” Neil marvels at the fact that they even knew the album cuts. The trio can only speculate that the fans sought the music out online. But getting that kind of reception from the international fans, Kimberly says, “It was really exciting and it truly is a goal of ours to try and win the international heart this year.” The Band Perry will head back overseas for a nine-date tour of Scandinavia and Europe with Brad Paisley in November.
