Brad Paisley Makes The Band Perry Feel Like Family

One of the things The Band Perry loves about being on Brad Paisley’s Virtual Reality Tour is the camaraderie. Kimberly credits Brad with being great at helping to keep morale on the tour high. “Even though you’re having a good time doing the show night after night, there is a particular grind to the road, just being in a different place every day,” she admits. “And he really and truly makes it feel like a family.” Brad has taken the entire tour on several field trips, including to the movies, bowling and go kart racing, but it’s also the day to day atmosphere he creates that Kimberly and her brothers love. “It feels like summer camp,” she says. “That’s the best way that we’ve been able to describe it. We all wake up in the morning and we have breakfast together and everybody’s in sweat pants and t-shirts and then eventually as the day progresses we get show ready, but it feels like a big family.”

Brad Paisley’s short tour in Scandinavia in 2011 was so successful that he’s decided to return there this year with his Virtual Reality Tour for four more dates. November 8th – 10th Brad will play Stockholm and Goteborg, Sweden, and then Oslo and Stavanger Norway. The Band Perry will join Brad on the tour.
