Rascal Flatts and a song-inspired custom made “Red Camaro” will be featured on the Discovery Channel’s HD Theater show Inside West Coast Customs this Sunday, April 17 at 9:00 p.m. ET. Inspired by the song “Red Camaro” off Rascal Flatts’ Big Machine Records CD Nothing Like This, the custom designed car was built by Ryan Friedlinghaus and his West Coast Customs shop.
The car features a custom red paint job and handcrafted factory style T-tops, 22″ HRE wheels wrapped in Continental tires and 3 exhaust tips representing each member of the band. Pedders suspension, Baer brakes and Harrup super charger give the car performance and stopping power. The interior is black leather and suede with red stitching with handcrafted Swarovski crystals and Rascal Flatts’ logo emblems.
Friedlinghaus and his shop have been doing exclusive custom builds for MTV’s Pimp my Ride, TLC’s Street Customs and Street Customs Berlin. He and his crew are world-renowned for their extreme vehicles, outrageous features and unique designs.
In other Rascal Flatts news: Rascal Flatts are being sued by their former managers, Turner Nichols, claims Courtroom News Service. The management company is seeking 15% from the band’s upcoming tour, which they claim to have negotiated.
“We are disappointed they have chosen to file as we had hoped to address these issues privately, however we hope that this can be resolved amicably,” Rascal Flatts said in a statement today.
