The Judds To Premiere New Reality TV Show

The Judds will soon let everyone into their world when they premiere a brand new reality TV show on Oprah Winfrey’s new network, OWN. According to Wynonna Judd, it’s wasn’t the duo’s first reality show offer either. She tells GAC, “We were offered the VH1 slot after The Osbournes. I was like, ‘I’d rather have a lobotomy.’” Naomi Judd adds, “They offered us so much money.” The Judds say that they agreed to doing a show on OWN because of their friendship with and respect for the queen of talk shows.

Wynonna also shares that she understands why the public wants to get inside her and her mother’s lives. She reveals, “There’s so much about us that [makes] people in airports want to look. It’s like part train-wreck, but part, ‘Oh, my God, they really love each other, and they get along and this is so great.’ They’re waiting for a train wreck.” OWN launches on January 1.

I really wish I could see the show I know it is great.I don’t have Cable. I just love Wynonna and Naomi and Ashley. Even with thier upset in life the still fall back on the love they have for each other. And that is really how it should be with family. The word being (SHOULD)Some of us have had it a lot harder in life Hearing them and seeing them helps us to step out of our boxs and you just feel thier love for each other win over everthing else. I wish them the best with thier show and anything else they choose to do. Sorry for my spelling.

    With Love Shirley

Thank you for sharing, it touches my heart and makes my brain think. My childhood was like Namoi’s. I am still looking for a mothers love and I am near 70. Wynonna you are so beautiful outside as well as inside – I really love your music especially
“Love can build a bridge” That is what is happening with you two. And for me. Words can’t say how much you have helped me face my past stuff – it really makes a difference. Bless you.

Oh my to the poster above me, at least I believe that’s how its going to be, I am talking about “Joan” wow I can so relate to your comment, I am the same not as old as you are but I too am getting up there, I do speak with my birth mother but as long as we are miles apart it seems okay, we even text i love you lol..I so wish it was true, the odd thing is for me it actually well sort of is, I love her as much as is possible, but I don’t know her that well. I am the same as you I adore the Judds, and they have helped me so very much, when Naomi revealed her secret I was like wow if she can tell why did I not oh too late now I am glad this show is on, I check all the time to see when is the next episode, they love so hard but wow when they don’t get on its so sad, because they do love each other, she’s lucky though as her mom was always there for her I met mine at 13 and then saw her once when she robbed me, wow I too could have a show, folks would fall over if they had any idea lol.. well enough said I love them and am so happy they are letting us into their lives. God Bless You All!xo

Nikki, It is never too late. I have been in counseling for some time and have learned so much: to accept myself and know I am loved by others- it is hard to accept that I never will know a mothers love but I can handel it now and looking forward to learning a lot that I missed. Thank you for responding to my former post and I wish you will on your journey. Be Blessed.
