Default Skydive while you're in Nashville!

If visiting Nashville you should certainly consider jumping out of an airplane!
The adventure skydiving center in Clarksville TN is the closest dropzone to Nashville. It's only a short 45min drive north on I-24.
They have professional instructors and top notch equipment.

Sure to show you the time of your life!

Thumbs down Adventure Skydiving IS A SCAM!!

Like the title says, Adventure Skydiving, also known as 1 800 Skyride or Thrill Planet IS A SCAM!! They have thousands of websites that advertise to be located everywhere that they do not have locations for. They sell gift certificates online and lead the customers to believe that they are going to skydive in places that there is no Skydive center. For more info, check out the information contained in 1800skyrideripoff.com and funjumper.com/skyride and you will see for yourself that they really are as scam!

    BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

    Wink Get a clue

If you are an intelegent individual you will notice that the phone number mentioned by the first entry isn't at all the same as the scam mentioned. There is a booking company out there that books for several companies nation wide that are not at all owned by the same bussiness. There are companies out there that sell concert tickets and tickets to theme parks that are 3rd party vendors. For those of you out there that don't understand this concept take a trip to Disney World and see how many places you can buy tickets at while your driving there. Its funny how the people that bash this location are part of skydive russelville which no longer exist. Wierd, they have a plane and you don't! If your serious about making a skydive please be patient and go have the time of your life

    Exclamation There's the scam!!!!

The person who said the number 1-800-505-JUMP is not part of the scam, IS THE SCAM!
That number is owned by Cary Quattrocchi who owns 1 800 Skyride, Adventure Skydiving, as well as AST, otherwise known as Adventure Skydiving Tennessee.

They use the four "D's" as their marketing, deflect, divert, distract, decieve. That's a big part of their scam! That's also what got their asses kicked out of Clarksville, Tn. They tried to scam their way in only to find that the Airport and City Management were smarter than they thought.

    Default SCAM for SURE!

I can personally attest that these people are professional scam artists. They got me for nearly 1000 dollars. There has even been a civil judgement against them because they practice unfair and deceptive business practices (Civil Action File No. 2007CV134640, State of Georgia). Stay away from Adventure Skydive Secter, Atlanta Skydive Center, Skydive Georgia or any other name they go by. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE BOOKING!!!!!!!

This company is losing another case against it in Arizona, they are fighting how many dollars 9nearly 5 million!) that they may have to pay indamages and recently got kicked out of the Facilities in Clarksville when the word got out that they. So convicted in Georgia, losing in Arizona, kicked out of Alabama and Tennessee as well as having several state attornies looking into them! Best tot stay away and jump with a real AND reputabvle DZ try Skydive Alabama www.skydivealabama.com or Skydive East Tenneesee www.skydiveet.com

No they can't because after all of the investigations prompted by fanatic's who make false statements about skyride, they have been found to be doing nothing wrong. I work with them and we have serviced over 350,000 customers and have a satisfaction rating of 98.4%. The highest in the 7 year history of 1800skyride. There were some customer service problems quite a while ago but now this company is spot on. Call them and see.

Angry Skydive in Clarksville, sorry, now in Waverly!!

Can't say anything about the Waverly Group, (and they probably are the same group since they have the same phone number), but the Clarksville group skipped town with about $700.00 of our money. It was one of the slickest scams that I have run across. I used to think I was pretty sharp, but they got our group but good.
If you are reading this page to see what to do while in Nashville, take my advise, forget about calling 1-800-505-JUMP. I would hate to have your impresion of Nashville be marred
with having to deal with the #### they probably would put you through also.
Even months after our event- (or non event-event) my blood still boils to think about that day.

Not so! That's another part of the scam. They make failed attempts to look like an ethical company, but they keep finding themselves in court and loose 98.4% of the time. The full rundown of this scam company's fraudulent business practices can be found at 1800 Skyride Rip Off. That site has all the court cases listed and multiple news stories including this most recent story by Jennifer Johnson at in Nashville; WSMV 4. 1800 Skyride Rip Off is a lot of reading, but very informative and accurate.

    Cool Ats waverly tn

I have been skydiving for 26 years, have 7700 jumps and I am an instructor at AST. AST is a first rate dropzone staffed with experinced instructors and pilots.

The negative comments come from a competing Skydiving bussiness that cant compete. So they hide behind their computer and make false statements.

We have moved to a better facility in Waverly TN. About an hour west of Nasville.

YOU CAN CHOOSE THE HILLBILLIES IN KENTUCKY, OR US,

Come out and see for yourself

You said they loose in court 98.4% of the time although out of the two lawsuits one is still pending appeal (trademark infringement)and the other was Won (USPA) by 1800SKYRIDE. so far that 100% in 1800Skyride 's favor. Next time do not just post a random number that you think sounds right. They advertise nationwide and they have over 100 Skydiving locations across the United States that accept their gift certificates/ reservations and over 240 hot air balloon pilots as well. Enjoy the facts twist them as you see fit

My group went to Waverly TN and the experience was GREAT !!!! The price was a lot less than the price quoted to us by the "Whiteville" group or the "Kentucky" group. The facility was clean and nice and the staff was very professional and friendly... we will be going back for more.

    Default Fake poster!

Fake poster, most likely one of their own supporters trying to make them look good so they can keep scamming! Do a Google search for the words "Skydiving Stickers in Nashville" and you will see the most recent court case they lost.

    Default get a life

Thats it just Get a life. AST is a dropzone that does skydiving and 1800Skyride is a reservation center for Adventure sports. There is a big difference in what each company does. AST does Skydiving in Waverly and 1800Skyride books reservations for their vendors nationwide. If you cannot tell the difference between the two then i bet more than ofter you find yourself in the ladies room unable to differentiate the signs on the doors. I am not sure it matters though because from as much as you whine i assume you sit when you pee anyway.

Default Another failed attempt to redirect

AST IS sLyride! The two company names along with hundreds others are owned by Cary Quattrocchi, the money goes in to the same pocket and Cary has proven that he cannot operate a business without scamming the customers with bogus charges like "Extra Altitude". It's odd that the customer don't know about this charge until jump time.
Sure, sLyride does book the jumps along with gift certificates for a lot of other venues, but AST/ASC books jumps as well. But still, the money goes in to the same criminal's pocket!
Waverly is just another temporary location that will eventually get burned by a Cary owned entity, then they will get thrown out of there just like they have all along. Do you have any idea why they can't seem to stay in one location for more than a year or two?
They started their airport burning campaign at Pell City, Al. then they went to Prattville where they had a death on their first day of operation, then they went to Clarksville where they made a lousy attempt to scam the city humane society, then got evicted from there and are now at Waverly. Do you have any idea why no body wants them around?

If anyone wants to skydive near the Nashville area, check out http://www.waverlyskydiving.com. There's links to the area credible dropzones and the info there can save you lot's of money and headache.
