Want to Move to Nashville

I just graduated law school this year and have decided that I don't want to practice law. I have a love for music of all kinds and have been looking into the possibility of attempting to gain emloyment with a talent/booking agency. Essentially, what I have found up to this point, is that there is a vast difference of opinion as to the difficulty of landing work with a talent agency. Some say it is next to impossible. Some say it just takes time. I would greatly appreciate advice from anyone with inside knowledge.

Above and beyond wanting to snag work in the entertainment industry, I love Nashville. Hope to see you all soon.

It's best to immerse yourself in the business and moving to Nashville is certainly a great start. Being seen and networking is your best bet. Go to writers nights, hang out in Music Row bars, strike up a conversation with lots of people. Network, network, network!
