Default How to get a refund from Nashville.Com reservations?

I was wondering if there was a way to contact Nashville.com to get a refund for reservations we made on line. When we arrived at the motel, the Super8 on Brick Church Pike, this place was disgusting. The office had a terrible odor, the elevator had water standing in the floor, and our room had not been made. The room and elevator smelled so bad, my wife and son had to cover their nose and mouth to breathe. Their were stains all over the beds and pillows, and trash all over the floor, and side walks outside. As far as the room not being serviced, the check in time was 3pm, we arrived at 3:30pm. I'm having trouble believing that Nashville.com even lists this motel on their site. The desk clerk said we had to go through the online reservation site to get a refund, but there's no where to even file a complaint. If we cancelled through the online site, we would be charged for our reservation, plus an additional night! Help!

Actually, it is the WCTravel reservation system who promotes these hotels on Nashville.com. WCTravel's customer service number is 1-888-254-0637. I've also informed Nashville.com about your dilemma and they were surprised because this is the first complaint they've received about any WCTravel Nashville.com hotel reservation in the three years they've had them up. However, they also said that if the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, they will not allow the Super 8 to be listed any longer on the site!

    Thumbs up Thank you Joanne!

Joanne, Thank you for providing the 800 number to contact WCTravel. They were very helpful, and within a few minutes, our problems were resolved. We have still not heard from Super 8, and I don't expect to. I had called S8's customer service, and they were suppose to have contacted me within 7 days of the incident, but they never did.

Again, thank you very much for your help. If not for you, we probably wouldn't have received a refund.

That's GREAT news! Do you have any other feedback from your Nashville visit? We'd love to hear more from you (good places to eat, fun things to do, etc.) on the Nashville.com Forum!
