21st birthday in nashville!

I am going with my sister to nashville for her 21st birthday. I hear that there is tons of night life so I think that is covered. I NEED suggestions for something during the day that is fun. Please help we are going in October.

21st birthday - wow - a time to celebrate I'm sure and great time of the year - October - one of my favorite months since the weather is so awesome. OK, during the day - what are your interests - attractions or shoppping? If you want to do a fun tour of Nashville check out NashTrash Tours. If you want to go shopping, go to Opry Mills Mall or The Mall at Green Hills. If you're staying downtown you can walk to the Country Music Hall of Fame, Musicians Hall of Fame, the Ryman Auditorium.

If you head over to the Opry Mills Mall - you should at least stop by Opryland and walk around - it's located right next to the mall. Between the two - it'll take all day.

oh congrats on turning 21!! i'm heading over to nashville in a couple weeks and it's going to be my first time. unfortunately, not 21 yet so i won't be able to drink or anything yet, kinda sucks.

Yea, I guess it's a bummer not being 21, but you can still have fun - go check out Rocketown (live music & skatepark - and under 21 is OK) which is located on the corner of 6th Ave S & Shirley St - just south of Broadway and behind the Gaylord Entertainment Center. ; )
