Hi, I'm Eglantine
I'm a young girl from Belgium, still living in Belgium and apparently I've got a talent for cooking. For a while now I've been thinking about opening a restaurant but as the political situation in Belgium is a bit unstable I would like to start my bussiness abroad. For some reason my eye fell on Nashville but as I've never been to Nashville before, I was wondering if there even is a demand for French/Belgian cuisine? I don't quite know what to think about it... Maybe this isn't the right place to ask this question, sorry about that but it's just that I don't seem to find the right place to ask these sort of questions... I'm still very young so It's not like I would be opnening a restaurant next year or something but I'm talking about in the next 5 or 10 years or so... as soon as I've got the money... So what do you think? Thanks for the help!
