    Default Affordable Restaurants

I will be in Nashville Aug 8th-17th. What family style dining is between Gaylord Opryland and Best Western Music Row?

    Default Family Friendly Restaurants

Here are some suggestions for family friendly, pretty affordable restaurants - Cracker Barrel, Bob Evans, Applebees, Olive Garden... Also, the Opry Mills Mall is right next to Opryland and there's a lot of places to eat such as Rainforest Cafe (kids have fun here), Aquarium Restaurant which is another fun spot for kids (kids menu is affordable), Chilis, Dave & Busters, TGI Fridays.....

Ooops, sorry, when you said 'family style' - kids immediately came to mind. Try Monell's for family style southern country cooking. It's about 5 minutes from downtown Nashville. The area where it's located is Germantown, but still has a 'Nashville' address. You'll get placed w/ others at your table, so they're looking for privacy, maybe not for them. Also, try Demo's Steak & Spaghetti House - downtown Nashville. Food is good, prices are reasonable and servings are plentiful.

Yes, you get a good bang for your buck at Demo's. Good portions, good service, solid quality. The chicken medallions are good, and a lot of people like their steak.

Nice to know there are some reasonable prices in Nashville, TN. My dad lives in Nashville and he was going to take me out to eat somewhere. I'll be there Tuesday, June 10th. Thanks for the info Tim.
