Moving to Nashville

I am planning on moving to Nashville and want to know the better areas of town to live in. I don't want to be near a lot of trouble.

The west side of town is considered safer than most. The real estate people call it Area 2. Of course, in a city approaching one-million you can't get completely away from crime, but I live on the west side and the only problem I've had in the past twenty years is one lawn mower stolen.

It depends how far away from the city you're willing to go, and what kind of price range you're looking at.

Hermitage is nice. It's about 15-20 minutes outside of town, and the home prices are very affordable.
