Moving to Nashville (in 2008)

Hi everyone!

My wife and I plan top move to Nashville in June 2008 to be near our daughter and son-in-law. They live in the Crieve Hall section of Nashville. We'd like to find a condo or some retirement center that provides for single-home living with progressive move up to assisted living and critical care. Any ideas will be appreciated

The Nashville real estate market is under going rapid expansion right now and there are many projects that are currently at the ground breaking stage and even in the idea stage. I do know of some developments that are marketed at seniors based on an assisted living principle. I'm not aware of any in the Crieve Hall area but I'll keep an eye out for you.

You can always search the MLS data base of homes at www.NashvillesMLS.com by price, age, number of bedrooms etc. That may help you as the system continuosly updates you with new listings. Its a great way to keep an eye on the market.
