Plus size women's clothes options

Hi

I am usually a size 18-20 sometimes 22 depending upon company and brand...which places can I go to for shopping clothes, casual, business, party which are in Nashville.

Please let me know the name of the store and its address (even if u cant provide the complete address, major street name would also do!!!)

Please help as I especially am in a difficult position for my daily wear!

Catherine's Plus is about 2 miles away from Vanderbilt University and carries a bit more upscale clothing.

The Avenue is a specialty chain store with affordable, hip clothes in sizes 14-32. The also offer a great selection of wide-width shoes in sizes 8 and up. The Nolensville store is about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville. This store closes at 7pm and they're closed on Sundays. The Avenue at Coolsprings Crossing is located near the Cool Springs Mall in Franklin which is 20-25 minutes from downtown Nashville. This store is open on Sundays (12 - 6pm) and they're open other days until 9pm.

Lane Bryant
Lane Bryant is another specialty chain which offers trendy styles and basics in sizes 14-28. They have many great sales. Locations are inside the mall at RiverGate (615- 859-6503), Cool Springs (615-771-7520) and Hickory Hollow (615- 731-5029). In July 2007, a new Lane Bryant outlet will open its doors at Opry Mills Mall (615-514-0327)

As a plus size woman, I've found the choices available in the mall stores are so limited. Although, I've had some pretty good luck at Catherines.

Shopping online really opened up the selections available for me. Try a site like http://www.plussizesupercenter.com/ to help you find what you're looking for.

Actually, there is a great plus size boutique in Nashville called Flaunt. It's definaley geared more towards a younger audience. They are located just off of Music Row, the corner of Edgehill Avenue and Villa. Be sure to check it out when you get into town.
