Searching for Guenter Neubert

Hello,
this is a help-call. My name is evelyn and 30years old. I'm from germany. Since my Dad left my family - in 1986 - i'm searching for him. At this time i was 10 years old. We have the information that he went to the States.
the last addresses i have found out were:
200 Aquhart Rd in Glen Burnie, MD
(Mrs. Blottenberger, died in 2004). I have write to her son, but he don't know where my Dad is.
424 Lincoln Ave in Glen Burnie, MD
(here lives a germany lady, she said she knew my dad but the last time she have seen him was 2002)
But on this addresses he don't live anymore. He is still registered with his driving license by the address 424 Lincoln Ave in Glen Burnie (in 2002).
I have found out that type of writing his lastname is sometimes changed: Neuberp
And the type of writing his first name is changed too: Gunther, Guenter, Gunter. But always his birth-date (when i search in internet-engines)is the same: June 18th, 1951.
He is a german-citizien, but the germany embassy can't help me.
I have send a lot of letters to police departments, people who calls neubert, germany embassy, governments, and so on. Is there anybody out there who can help me? I'm searching since 20 years. And the problem of all these is, i have found out that my uncle (Daddy's brother) say "he is called for death in Germany" but that isn't true. We haven't do this. I think my uncle knows where my dad is and he have told him this bullsh... and my dad don't get in contact with us because he think he is "death" in Germany.
Please help me.
