Vegan/vegetarian places to eat?

Okay, don't laugh at me!

Does anyone know a place that makes teriyaki tofu in town? There is a sushi resturant down here (Florida) that makes it, it's the most delicious thing in the world! I can't imagine not having something similiar nearby after I relocated. Plus, we'll be visiting Nashville for a week starting tomorrow and I'd like to find a good place to eat similiar foods.

If not, what about a good "affordable" place for vegan/vegetarian meals?

Heard Sushiyobi is pretty good and they do have teriyaki tofu dishes. They're on Demonbreun St in Nashville and their number is 615-255-6122
