I am considering relocating to the Nashville area, to work in Brentwood, TN. As I live about eleven hours away, I think that the biggest obstacle would be finding a nice, safe place to live at a reasonable price. I was looking for something that met the following criteria:

Quiet, safe area, preferable not right on top of a real busy road. I lived right beside a very busy road for two years, and could not take it.

Preferably a town home or condo where there wouldn't be anyone above or below me.
Ample parking
Within 30 minutes of work (Maryland Farms Business Park)
Within cab distance to downtown (I don't mind paying a decent amount for the cab, I just want the possibility)
I am a 31-year-old single guy, so I would like somewhere within range of decent nightlife
Central air
Two bedrooms
Washer and dryer provided or hookups (I have my own, in storage, but if the place already has them, that is fine too)
Dishwasher preferred, not not absolutely necessary
Furnished or unfurnished. (If furnished, I would still be bringing my own bed)
Under $1,000 per month, if possible ($650-850 would be ideal)
