Smile Want to be Real Close to Music Festival/June ?

Which hotel in Nashville will be at the center of CMA's country music festival this June? Needs to be within walking distance.

    Default CMA Music Festival

The CMA Music Festival is downtown Nashville. Dates - June 8 through June 11.

Here are some ideas for hotels that are in the heart of where the festival will be - Hilton, Double tree, Hermitage, Renaissance, or Union Station. Another idea is to stay at a hotel close to Vanderbilt University - I'm pretty sure they provide shuttle service to the event - Embassy Suites at Vanderbilt, Holiday Inn Select, Marriott Vanderbilt, Courtyard by Marriott on West End.

Bring your walking shoes--it is a blast BUT there is quite a bit of walking involved. Then again, where else in the world can you find both Elvis AND Willie singing in the back of a pick-up truck on a street corner (it makes the walking fun)?? Hopefully you are already booked--this close to the event might be a hard press for a close spot. The Doubletree is nice and convenient.

No problem with transport to most of the city hotels, some lay on free shuttles and there are plenty of taxis at very reasonable fares
