Post Moving from PA to an apartment in Nashville

I'm looking to move to Nashville from the PA/MD area. I've done some research and contacted a few friends who have lived in Nashville but they aren't familiar with ALL of Nashville. I'll be looking to rent, possibly in the Hendersonville/Franklin area. I'm a young, female who has never lived on her own, I'm not going to be completely picky, but preferably without any crime or very little, of course.

I did find East River Place apartments, any thoughts on those apartments? They looked really nice, especially for the price range. I'm looking for something $800 or less that offers 2-3 bedrooms and OK to pets. I have NOT found a place of employment yet but am actively looking.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Default Hendersonville & Franklin Tennessee

Hi Megan - I'm not familar with those apartments, but the Hendersonville & Franklin areas are both nice. Franklin is south of Nashville not too far at all - maybe 10 minutes (without traffic!). Great area - shoppping, restaurants and green rolling hills. Hendersonville is about about a 15 - 20 drive north of Nashville. There are plenty of parks and walking / biking trails alongside Old Hickory Lake which is a nice perk. And of course if you're into lake activities - fishing, jet skiing, pontoon boating, etc., then that would be great for you.
