Relocating from Atlanta....need rental help :)

So my husband and I are moving to Nashville with my husbands job and are looking for a house to rent....I have not had time to go up there to look around so I have been relying on the intranet to show me the way....I am so overwhelmed!!!! We are looking to rent at the end of June so I have a little time before I need to find a place I think.....I dono....
1) Does anyone know any good websites to find homes to rent???
2) What area's are within about 45min drive to downtown Nashville but have a good shopping and retail areas????

Look into the Cool Springs area. It's closer than 45 mins away, but still a nice distance from downtown. Great neighborhoods, lots of shopping and it's a very pretty area. Have you looked on craigslist?
