Relocating with Family

My wife and I are planning on relocating to Nashville. We are starting to plan and are hoping to finally move this fall or spring depending on when we can sell our house in MN. We are both in the medical field and will probably look at Vanderbilt first for jobs.

We currently have 3 small children and by the time we move we will have 4. We are looking to live in more of a rural area or atleast get a house with 1+ acres. We want good schools and safe enviroment for the kids. We have looked at the Hendersonville area and have been thinking south. Can anyone give me an idea of what areas we should be looking at or if we are on the right track with Hendersonville.

I guess as far as house we are looking to spend about $250K but will be willing to go a bit higher for the right property. We are also willing to commute up to 30 miles one way to work if need be. Any tips on schools or areas are greatly appreciated.
