    Default Nashville in September

We are going to be coming to Nashville for the day in September on our way to Disney. We are traveling with a 4 year old/2 year old/13year old. Were is somewhere decent to stay, not to expensive, not to far from interstate, but not to far from things to do. i know i am asking for alot here. Also, what family activities can we do down there. Wife and I are a country music fans, but kids really could care less about music at this point. thanks for the help.

The Holiday Inn Express is a reasonable hotel not far from the interstate at all - and close to downtown Nashville (you can walk). For the kids - consider taking them to the Nashville Zoo and/or the Adventure Science Center. Also, call the Frist Center for Visual Arts (615-244-3340) - they have kid exhibits and activities - ask them about their Martin ArtQuest Gallery which is supposed to be for kids.
