    Latest Unsatisfied Customer

    I am probably the most recent customer for CB Collision. I went there against my better judgement and I wish I wouldn't have. Chad Gary, I am sure you know who I am because we just recently discussed the issues I have with my car I just picked up. You know I am unsatisfied, yet you refuse to do anything about it. I am researching your company and I think it may be beneficial for me to seek my own counsel and make you pay more to me than you would have if you would have just fixed the damn car your guys screwed up.

    I've had three vehicles repaired (1 as Carl Black and 2 as CB Collision) and I have been completely satisfied all three times. Friendly and helpful personnel. Quality jobs completed in a timely manner. Resonable prices. No surprises. -- Terry Cobb (Nashville, TN)

    You may be right. This could be a former employee. Exactly HOW MANY have you had in your short time as owner? Companies like this do not need to exist. Sounds to be like your turn over is greater than your length of business. SAD ACTUALLY!!

    CB Collision Satisfied Customer

    These posts smell fishy, probably from the same person… The first poster says that CB Collision is using Taiwan parts… Come on… I have had vehicles repaired at CB Collision and no aftermarket parts were ever used… I don’t know about you but all I want is my car looking good in record time, at the lowest possible cost… They always were… This posts sounds like a former employee venting and/or trying to slander this company after being terminated for some reason. The second poster says that Progressive Insurance has a complaint… really… I’ve checked the Nashville Better Business Bureau and no complaints against CB Collision. As for Brian, he is very nice guy, friendly, informative and very helpful. I hate to see him getting a bad rap on this board. Especially from someone that is posting anonymously.

    I have personally had 4 vehicles repaired by Chad Gary. Two of the vehicles were repaired before his CB Collision days and two after he opened his new company. I can honestly say that the work preformed was extraordinary. I was extremely satisfied with the way I was handled, the repair work, the finished product and the cost. On one of the repair jobs Chad himself delivered the car personally to my house. My experiences with this company have been great. I would give this company a try, I bet you will have the same feelings.

    WOW!! I googled cb collision today to find out who the new owner was. I heard that Carl B. sold the shop seperate from the rest of the business. I didnt know he sold it to someone that was theefing from people. I guess i will spread the word to my body pals so they dont go applyin. thanks for the info people.

    I got screwed

    Progressive insurance sent me to this shop to get my car fixed. The repairs were terrible. The owner reassured me that he would check the work himself. When I came to pick up my car, he sent some new guy, Brian to check me out. He was over confident and rude. Chad did not "personally" do the job he promised. After the fact, I discovered the paint does not match and it as never explained to me that they were using after market parts. I have made a complaint with Progressive and the insurance commissioner's office. We will see how it goes. I will update later.

    CB Collision is a Fraud

    CB Collision is a fraud. If you take your car there for repairs, they will charge you for OEM parts and put Taiwan parts on it for a third of the price. I would not recommend them for business.
