looking for a nice place to stay

I am coming to Nashville on August for 4 month (female age 55). first time in Nashville The purpose is doing a research in Vanderbilt University. I need a nice room in a guesthouse or bed & breakfast, walking distance from the university. Any recomandation?.

Here are some suggestions during your visit to Nashville & Vanderbilt University (unfortunately not B&Bs, but thought if you couldn't find any B&Bs within walking distance, you may want to look at these alternatives): Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt (right on the edge of campus), Holiday Inn Select Vanderbilt is a couple of blocks away, Courtyard by Marriott Vanderbilt/West End is about three blocks from campus, Guesthouse Inn & Suites is about three blocks from the nearest part of campus and Loews Vanderbilt Hotel which is directly across the street from the university. Also, if none of these work out for you, you may also want to consider Hampton Inn Vanderbilt West End and/or Hampton Inn Vanderbilt Elliston Place. Good luck!

Can highly recommend Hampton Inn Vanderbilt Elliston Place this hotel is very very nice, fantastic breakfast, very helpful staff, spent a week there in April.
