Nashville Bars

Ok, so I'm turning 21 this weekend and I want to go out with some friends for a couple of drinks. I'm not looking to get hammered, and I don't want to go a club. I want a classy bar. I would love to go to Opryland Hotel, but they all close at midnight, and I can't drink til midnight, so... I need help! Anyone know of any clean bars, that aren't too loud, and are just a good place to hang out??
