Antioch Quarters Inn and Suites???

I am going to Nashville the same weekend as the music city marathon. I have noticed a majority of the hotels are booked or overpriced. I found Antioch Quarters Inn and Suites hotel near where I need to be. Is this a good hotel? in a safe area? Any suggestions for a cheap but nice hotel?

The area is just OK - if you HAVE to stay there, be sure to get a decent, good named hotel with a good reputation. Are you traveling by yourself or with kids? What's the max distance you'll consider away from downtown Nashville? Before you book in Antioch - look into staying in Smyrna or Brentwood first.
