Looking for music industry job in Nashville

Hello,

I am new to the forums, but am excited to be here! :) I have been working in the LA music scene for over five years now and want to make a location change. I am thinking seriously about Nashville, but of course without being there physically it can be a bit difficult. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have been looking for any sites/outlets for job openings as I know most things come from word of mouth or somebody who knows somebody etc. I also wondered if there are any recruiters/headhunters specific to the industry that I could utilize.

I have worked for the PROs and in Music Publishing and would ideally like to stay in a creative position. I could also work on the flip side doing supervision or clearance for film/tv/ads.

But if you can get your hands on a CMA Directory that would be the best bet. Every record label, publisher etc, is listed in this book and some even have sites that list job opportunities.
