I am trying to find a former tenant of mine. He might have purchased a home in nashville, smyrna, or surrounding area. Does any know how to find out if he purchased a home sometime in aug. 08

Hey GCuffe, I think your best bet would be to hire someone else to track him down, if you need to find him. Assuming he owes you money, you might try a collection agency, which know all kinds of tricks for tracking people down.
There's probably a way to go back through public real estate forms and records to find the guy, but a pro would be able to do it much faster and easier.
