Romantic?

Hi Everyone! My fiance and I are going to be spending our anniversary night in Nashville, and I'm looking for someone that can be nice cozy and romantic.. I've searched the normal hotels.com expedia.com etc sites but seem to only find Business oriented hotels, anyone have any suggestions for a more romantic atmosphere?
