looking for recording studio

I want to surprise my wife for her birthday with a session for her to record her favorite songs. She is not looking for a career in music but is constantly requested to sing at weddings/churches and funerals etc and is talented. A quality session and a cd for her (and me) to keep as a momento. Which studio would be quality and value for our needs?
