hey jojo how old do you have to be to sing in the Ryman Theatre for the auditions and what do they give you to sing and how do u get the pass :)

No age requirement in order to sing at the Ryman. They offer nine (9) country and pop classics and one (1) gospel standard:

"Amazing Grace"
"Crazy"
"Friends in Low Places"
"Emotional Girl"
"Heartbreak Hotel"
"He Stopped Loving Her Today"
"Hey, Good Lookin’"
"My Baby Loves Me"
"No Shoes, No Shirt, No Problem"
"Walkin’ After Midnight"

The Ryman Recording Booth is open from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm, Thursday through Sunday. Cost is $15.00 for a solo singer, tax included; $25.00 for a duet, tax included. Your “Make A Record At The Ryman” CD ticket is available at the Ryman Box Office. As you purchase your ticket for recording your CD, you must also purchase a Museum Tour Ticket. Tour Tickets come in two varieties: Self-guided Tour ($12.50, adult; $6.25, child aged 4-12); BackStage Tour ($16.25, adult; $10.00, child aged 4-12). The Backstage Tour includes the Self-guided Tour in the price. Need more info? You can reach the Ryman at 615-889-3060.

well then how much money will it take to travel from Elmwood, Illinois to Nashville, Tennessee....:)

Actually, you don't even have to go there. The Music City Recording Studio in Opry Mills Mall has over 20,000 songs, and amazing quality. You should check it out, it's open 10:00am to 9:00PM every day. No appointment/pass needed.
