Real Estate career in Nashville

I am interested in starting a real estate career in Nashville. Could someone provide information about how the market is in this city? Also I want to find a R.E. school to get my agent license what caters to full-time working people's schedules, I need flexible class hours.

With regard to your question about the real estate market in Nashville it is probably one of the few cities in the US that is bucking the Nashville trend by actually having rising real estate values. Nashville is growing and has projected growth for the next 5-10 years due to the number of companies relocating here as well the trickle down affect from all these people being relocated here.

The Nashville School of Real estate offers full time and part time classes. I would just Google Nashville Real estate school to get a number of options.
