I'm a 24/m who is going to be relocating to the Nashville, TN area. I've been to Nashville once but it was years ago. I have no idea what the place is like as far as safety goes. I'm a sales rep for a major medical devices sales corporation and am looking to find either a place to rent or a nice condo. I guess as far as money goes I'd be looking to rent between $700- $ 1000/ month and with a condo I'd be looking between $100,000 - $150,000. I need to be somewhere close to the action, but definitely dont need a downtown loft. I'd like a place that is of good size (condo= 1400 sq. ft or more). I'm looking to make my relocation sometime around July 1st.
I guess what I'm hoping to get out of this is someone to tell me the nice areas to live and the areas that aren't safe. Thanks.
