I need some help to learn about Real Estate Investment

I am looking for some help and guidance to learn about Real Estate Investing-something that will walk me step by step through investing in Real Estate. I have read a few books on the matter but they are not a huge help. I am specifically looking for a system or program that will tell me all my options. Any feedback would be appreciated…Thanks
