I don't think any of them do.
Yea, I seriously doubt any flights go directly to Nashville from the UK. Likely you'll go through New York or possibly Chicago.

Now I am on search for a hotel,

Would prefer breakfast in hotel

It would depend on what you prefer. There's some very nice hotels downtown (such as the Hermitage), and some that are nice but not luxurious (such as the Holiday Inn Express).
Tell us more about what you want to do and see and we can give you some further recommendations. The latter part of April is usually nice around here; you might want to get out one day and see the countryside. We have some large parks (I think the Warner Parks alone are eight times as large as Central Park in New York), lakes, and that sort of thing. The Natchez Trace Parkway is run by the National Park Service and is a great drive. The Hermitage (home of President Andrew Jackson) is worth a visit, as are Cheekwood Botanical Gardens and Museum, and Belle Meade Plantation.

Hi allycat, well apart from what I have said,
Walking distance to most things, I do not intend hiring a car, Grand Old Oprey, [would like to do 2 shows there] Hall of Fame, shops, I want to do the General Jackson Showboat trip, would not mind a few sight seeing tours.
Not to noisy, perhaps a smaller hotel, I have found cost to be about $160 to 190, I have also found some at $54, Americas Best Value Inn, Wallace Road, [might have read that wrong]
Would prefer breakfast in hotel,
I also started to look at renting a place, but do not fancy doing that on my own.
Thanks for your help.

The problem is that all the things you mentioned are not within walking distance of each other.
I would probably suggest staying downtown somewhere near the lower Broadway/2nd Avenue area and then taking a taxi or bus out to Opryland. There is an outlet mall near the Opry called Opry Mills; that would probably serve you as far as shopping goes. We don't have the best bus service in the world, but going from downtown to the Opry area is probably on some kind of regular schedule. Another alternate for shopping would be to go out to the Brentwood/Cool Springs area.
By the way, I recently saw a segment on television about people from the UK coming to the US for shopping right now because of the value of the pound relative to the dollar.
Most of the hotels will have a coffee shop and/or restaurant in the hotel, so there shouldn't be a problem having breakfast in the hotel. Some of the cheaper motels will not have a restaurant. If you can manage it, you should try to go to the Pancake Pantry for breakfast at least one day while you're here. There's usually a line to get in. Since it's near Music Row, there's no telling who you might see there.
