Can you tell me about Nashville in general?

I might be relocating to Nashville towards the end of this year or the beginning of next (coming from south/east Kentucky). I've been there a few times to go to concerts (Lou Reed, Bob Dylan, the Black Crowes, Elvis Costello, etc.), but I always had to leave right after the show so I've never really got a chance to look around. So, anything you've got to say about Nashville, good or bad, I want to hear it.

Hi Julia - Nashville is a great city - you need to make plans to stick around after the next concert you go to! Are you planning on going to college? How about work? A lot depends on what 'you' plan on doing if you relocate here. -- Pete
