Hi everyone. I'm looking to move to Nashville in the future and wanted to know what part of town might have the particular (nice) kind of home I'm looking for:

-At least 3 Beds, 2 Baths
-Front and back yard
-2 car Garage
-View of downtown
-Not in a very snobbish part of town (if it exists)
-Not part of a planned development area

Could this be had in Nashville for under 1.5M or even under 1M, and where? Thanks so much for any responses at all!
