The building is on Union Street. Anyone live there ? Been there ? Is that a "cool" neighborhood ? Parking safe ? Is it convenient ???

We are all sick, we need the name of a great physician when we get there. California is a vengeous and evil place and we are driving as fast as we can....help us.... OH! and if you know of any great downtown bars that would be great.....no kidding. we are all sick with the throat thing, we blame Kid Rock. That fateful party.....
