New Communities

I need some advice on new communities in the Nasvhille area. I am going to be moving from Maryland.

I was looking online at:

Brookview
Westport Landing
Classic Meadows
Chelsea Village
Ivy Hill
Mansker Farms
Abbington Park
Etc...

Any thoughts?

I was really looking more for opinions on these locations. Are they nice neighborhoods, is there a lot of crime, etc. And I dont think you can give me that information if you are a real estate agent.
