CMA Festival June 2007- Hyatt?

I see that the Hyatt will be opening a location during the winter '06-'07 in Nashville. I will be attending the CMA festival (aka Fan Fair) in June and I'm wondering how close the Hyatt will be to the festival. I see the address listed is 220 Rudy's Circle, Nashville, TN 37214. Anyone know what general area this is in? I'd prefer to stay at the Hyatt due to personal connections and room availablility. Please help if you can. :)

37214 is the Donelson area which stretches frm the airport to Opryland and Music Valley.

That hotel is actually taking the place of an Amersuites over by the airport. It is going to be about a 20-30 minute drive for you to go downtown. But an option that you have, especially if you save money with the room, is drive over to the music valley area and catch the shuttle downtown. It runs every hour through fan fair and saves time, money and alot of headaches. I believe gray line does the service and the location is only about 5 possibly 10 minutes from the hotel you are looking at.
