Hello - I am thinking about buying a condo in a subdivision recently built by a company called Regent.

They are a locally owned, and were formally a part of a group called Ratner, that was then bought out by Pulte.

Does anyone out there know much about their reputation? Anyone live in a home that has been built by Regent and can attest to their quality and customer service.

Thanks.

FYI, they build Lennox Village, Ruby May, and Artie Lee, Copper Stone, Brownstone and Cotton Port subdivisions here in Nashville.

THanks for any feedback.

i don't know much about them - but right off the bat, i would do two things if serious about buying in one of their devlopments - but had doubts or questions about their reputation. first, i would check courthouse records to see if there are any lawsuits against them (yea, really) and then i would probably knock on doors to see how the buyers like their homes.

Hi-
We own a Regent townhome - in the Wesley Bernard. We lived there for two years and are now renting it out b/c my husband was transferred to Charlotte. Our unit was upgraded nicely because it was the model. There were a few minor issues when we moved in, but the builder came out and fixed everything. So overall we are happy with the house.
