Guestbook Inn??

Just wondering if the Guestbook Inn is a complete dump. I am just looking for something nice and clean. Doesn't have to be a 4 or 5 star hotel.

I've never been in the inn but I once worked in the building right behind it. It should be okay. It's a pretty nice area around there; there's a huge hospital just up the street and Vanderbilt University is in that same area, as well as a number of office buildings. There a few good restaurants within walking distance and music row is just a few blocks away. You would have to take a cab or bus or drive to downtown from there.

There's sometimes a homeless guy or two panhandling in the area (they seem to like hanging around hospitals), but it's not that much of a problem. Just shake your head no and walk on by.
